At the SNOMED Business meeting Plenary session in Vienna on the 13th, April, as part of the Community Updates, SNOMED International launched the SNOMED CT Clinical Community on LinkedIn.

The idea is to grow a community of clinicians who use, or are planning to use, SNOMED CT. To engage this community through discussion, and to support the sharing of experiences to help each other clinicians. The Community will also provide SNOMED International with valuable clinical feedback on implementation requirements and experiences, and a route for answering authoring clinical questions.

The target audience is clinicians, they do not require expert knowledge of SNOMED CT, merely an interest in the topic area. For more information, please see the attached briefing paper .
