March 2026 release of the pan-Canadian LOINC Observation Code Database (pCLOCD) is now available.
pCLOCD R06.24.00_2.82 can be accessed via the
Terminology Server
.
This latest release continues to support standardized lab and clinical observations across Canada, with updates that align to the most recent LOINC version. It includes enhancements to support interoperability, bilingual content, and ongoing updates driven by implementer and jurisdictional needs. As always, pCLOCD plays an important role in enabling consistent use of LOINC across systems, helping to ensure semantic interoperability and more reliable data exchange across provinces, territories, and care settings.
