As we prepare for the March 2026 pCLOCD release , we would like to remind the community that the deadline to submit Requests for Change (RFCs) is February 27, 2026.

The final date to submit RFCs for modifications to existing pCLOCD codes and requests to add existing LOINC® codes into pCLOCD is February 27, 2026.

The March 2026 pCLOCD release is expected to include updates aligned with the February LOINC release, ensuring continued harmonization with the international standard.
