On February 10, Amy Goodwin, LOINC Analyst from Intelligent Medical Objects has notified us of 2 errors found in the pCLOCD release.

Nature of error: LN Scale was incorrect and has been changed from “Qn” to “Ord”

LN Scale: Ord

Nature of error: LN Component was incorrect and has been changed from “Escherichia coli K1 Ag” to “Escherichia coli K1 DNA”
Change Type: Change (Major) in English & French
Remedial Actions Taken:
- LOINC Codes: 82191-8, 82182-7 have been corrected in English and French.
- pCLOCD January 2021 has been updated and republished on the
Terminology Gateway

- The main file (inside the zip file) has been renamed as follows: pCLOCD-FR-EN-R05.13.01_LOINC 2.69-20210131.accdb.zip
- The error has been documented in

- Additional quality assurance rules have been implemented in the maintenance process.
