Thank you for every one who joined Yesterday's meeting.

During that meeting, we discussed the ActImmunuzationReasonCode valueset and the potential additional codes.

Please find attached the PPT with notes . Please provide your feedback (slide 9) on the different concepts:
- provide a clear definition for each concept
- provide clarification on the use cases of each concept
- provide comments on enhancement changes for the two concepts that are currently members of the valueset.
