After internal review and expert consultation, we recommend excluding "procedure" concepts from this value set.

This valueset should represent a finding of a condition or exposure risk. By using procedure concepts (what was done) as "reasons" it might reduce the data quality as it fails to capture the actual clinical justification or exposure risk (why the immunization was given) that triggered the immunization event.

Please, find in the table with our recommendations. The table includes some discussions and/or clarifications that are needed to finalize the request. Please provide your decision via the forum or during the PHSC meeting on May 7th.
