October 31, 2025, is the cut off date to accept any terminology changes to the SNOMED CT database. Requests for change (RFCs) received prior to this date are candidates for publication in the November 30,2025, release of the Canadian Edition of SNOMED CT (SNOMED CT CA). Any RFCs received after this date will be in scope for the next Canadian Edition Release.
