Updated HL7 Intl Jan Ballot Package

Hello HL7 Canada Community.

Here is the link to an UPDATED package for the HL7 International 2026 January Ballot.

This package addresses an incorrect link to the first full ballot of FHIR Release 6, and corrects a problem with accessing the ballot comment sheets.
The compressed / ZIP folder contains an Excel spreadsheet that provides an index to all of the content for this ballot, as well as the spreadsheets you can use to provide your ballot comments. Most of the ballot content is from the FHIR website, however there is other downloaded content that has been extracted from their individual ZIP files and then consolidated here in this package for your convenience. At the very top of the Excel index is a link to the description of all of the items in the ballot package.

Simply download the Ballot Package ZIP file, create a folder for the extracted files, and then extract all to that folder.
Then use the hyperlinks in the Excel ballot index file to access folders with ballot items content and related comment spreadsheets. Each comment spreadsheet has an extensive explanation of how to record your comments.

Comments on of the ballot items are due for consolidation by the HL7 Canada Council on or before Wednesday, Jan 14th, 2026.

Once you have completed a ballot comment spreadsheet, use the | Contact US | link at the top of any InfoCentral page to submit the your comment spreadsheets.
