As the V3 Medical Records domain has been withdrawn in January 2018, HL7 is preparing to remove it from the online Normative Edition and future ballot websites.

However there is a topic under the domain for Data Access Consent that has not been addressed, and is up for reaffirmation next year. If this is not being used, we would move forward with withdrawing it, however, if there is an implementation of DAC, we could move forward to have that re-affirmed.

If you are aware of an implementation using Data Access Consent, please let me know as soon as possible.
