More duplicate OIDs for deprecation

We noticed the other OID for College of Chiropodists of Ontario (2.16.840.1.113883.3.239.13.61) previously registered by eHealth Ontario has been deprecated in our local OID registry, and 2.16.840.1.113883.3.239.13.17 is used instead in eHealth Ontario assets as the assigning authority for the registration numbers issued by College of Chiropodists of Ontario. In addition to 2.16.840.1.113883.4.772 outlined below, can we please also deprecate 2.16.840.1.113883.3.239.13.61, and register 2.16.840.1.113883.3.239.13.17 for College of Chiropodists of Ontario?
