Dear Coordination of Care Community:

We would like to let you know that after several years as co-leaders of the Standards Collaborative Working Group and Coordination of Care Community, we have decided to step down. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you, the members, for your support over the years and for your willingness to share your experiences for the benefit of others. We recognize that there are many communities that are starting to focus on complimentary topics and believe that your ongoing collaboration will be well supported across the different community focuses.

In discussion with the Coordination of Care Community Advisory Group, it was decided to keep the Coordination of Care Community Forum open to provide a venue for continued sharing of ideas. As such, we are also inviting anyone who is interested in becoming a leader of the community. The leader will moderate forum posts and interface with Infoway for any changes or support issues. The leader will also receive the email notifications for new members.
