Interested in improving how patient information is shared across health care systems?
Health Standards speak many languages. Standards make sure everyone understands each other. Learn how to connect systems, departments, and data with confidence. If you work in the health sector or have a strong interest in health terminologies and standards, interoperable electronic health records, or clinical coding and classification, we invite you to explore our Certificate Program in Health Terminology and Interoperability Standards with the School of Health Information Science at the University of Victoria. This one-year, part-time program consists of four courses delivered through weekly online evening classes, along with a virtual workshop designed to fit the schedules of working professionals.
