The registration link does not appear to be working for this. Even when accessed through the group calendar, it says the series has ended. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello all,
The Health Analytics Community is pleased to host the Decision Support Team from the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer (CPAC) on Thursday Jan 29, 2026 @ 2:00-3:00 PM EST. (NOTE: Previous presentation was cancelled due to technical difficulties)
Their presentation introduces OncoSim, Canada’s national cancer simulation modelling tool, developed in partnership with Statistics Canada, funded by Health Canada, and led by CPAC. The session will explore OncoSim’s evolution and how model assumptions and methodologies are continuously updated to ensure validity and real-world relevance with respect to the Canadian population. The team will demonstrate how OncoSim drives cancer system impact through supporting implementers, decision makers and healthcare providers in evidence-based planning, economic evaluations, and health system forecasting. Attendees will gain insights into the tool’s validation approach, recent projects, and future opportunities to enhance cancer control through data-driven modelling.
The Decision Support Team at CPAC is Brian Chan, Zhuolu Sun, and Kirk Graff:
✨Brian Chan is the Lead, Forecasting and Modelling. He completed his PhD in Health Economics at the University of Toronto. He’s based in Toronto, Ontario.
✨Zhuolu Sun is a Specialist, Forecasting and Modelling, focusing on OncoSim Lung and OncoSim Colorectal modules. She completed her PhD in Health Economics at the University of Toronto. She’s based in Toronto, Ontario.
✨Kirk Graff is a Specialist, Forecasting and Modelling, focusing on OncoSim Cervical and OncoSim Breast modules. He completed his PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Calgary. He’s based in Calgary, Alberta.
