The new NTP codes listed in the release notes for the following are incorrect:
9015304 heparin sodium 100 unit per mL lock flush solution 10 mL vial
9015309 methoxsalen 200 mcg per 10 mL solution for blood fraction modification vial
This has now been updated to the correct NTP codes in the release notes:
9015303 heparin sodium 100 unit per mL lock flush solution 10 mL vial
9015308 methoxsalen 200 mcg per 10 mL solution for blood fraction modification vial
