As we prepare for the September 2025 pCLOCD release (R06.23.00_2.81) , we would like to remind you that the submission deadline for Requests for Change (RFCs) is August 31, 2025.

The final date to submit RFCs for:

• Modifications to existing pCLOCD codes
• Proposals to incorporate LOINC codes into pCLOCD

is August 31, 2025.
