The Coordination of Care community is pleased to host the following presentations on March 27, 2018 at 1-2 PM EST.

- The ‘problem’: Data Sharing Agreements moving digital health initiatives forward by Abigail Carter-Langford, Executive Director, Health Information Governance & Chief Privacy Officer, Canada Health Infoway
- Fraser Health Authority: Collaborative Care Planning (CCP) Foundations by Parvinder Dharnia, Clinical Program Lead, eHealth Services

We will also be launching the Care Plan work during this meeting.
