Attila Farkas and potentially Andrea MacLean will present on behalf of Infoway.

The presentation will provide an orientation on how Infocentral resources can support design, development, and implementation of continuity of care solutions by:
- using the Infoway standards selection framework to identify relevant interoperability points and necessary standards;
- using a FHIR-based approach to interoperability to support workflow
- publishing to, and consuming from, the Canadian FHIR registry for information resources and profiles;
- using the terminology gateway service provided by Infoway to provide standardized terminologies and subsets.
