Pan-Canadian Conformance Platform Terms of Use

CANADA HEALTH INFOWAY and its associated Affiliates, partners, and their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Infoway,” “we,” “us” or “our”) make available to you (“you” or the “User” as the case may be) the Pan-Canadian Conformance Platform (the “Platform“).

By accessing and using the Platform you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use (the “Terms”) and comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to every person who access and use the Platform. If you are accessing or using the Platform on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case “you” will mean the entity you represent. Your continued access and use of the Platform will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions made by Infoway to the Terms from time to time and without prior notice that are posted on the Platform or communicated to you by other means and you will be deemed to have accepted these changes or revisions.
